A home market evaluation is based upon similar properties, 'comparables', that have sold in your area. It will provide you with an approximation of your home's current market value, based upon the information you provide us. We then adjust for distinct features of your property, taking into consideration, condition, age, size, etc. Our report represents our professional opinion of what a buyer would likely be willing to pay for a home such as yours, within a reasonable period, in today's real estate market.


The most important step that you will take in selling your property will be to set the right price. The last thing that you want to do is set your price based on guess work, rumor, or even by having someone promise you an inflated price just to secure a listing. Pricing your property in this manner can cause buyers to be wary of your property – even if you reduce your price at a later date.
